Turnkey interior project execution
The detailed scope of work will be shared with the client through quotations, proposals, or agreements before project initiation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
All quotations provided are estimates based on initial discussions and may vary depending on final design, materials, and site conditions.
Prices are subject to change until the final agreement is signed.
Any modifications requested after final approval may result in additional charges.
A booking amount/advance is required to confirm the project.
Payments will be made in stages as per the project timeline.
Delay in payments may lead to project delays or temporary suspension of work.
All payments once made are generally non-refundable, especially after project initiation, as they cover design, planning, and procurement costs.
Project timelines will be shared after final design approval.
Delays may occur due to:
Client-side changes or delays in approvals
Site readiness issues
Unforeseen circumstances beyond control
Marine Interio shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information, site access, and necessary approvals
Ensure timely payments as per agreed schedule
Avoid interference with ongoing work that may affect execution
Failure to comply may impact timelines and overall project delivery.
Once designs and materials are finalized, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or replaced once production begins.
Marine Interio may collaborate with third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for delays or issues caused directly by third parties.
Warranty (if applicable) will be provided on specific products or services as per agreement.
Marine Interio is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse or external factors
Manufacturer defects (covered under manufacturer warranty)
All designs, drawings, layouts, and concepts created by Marine Interio remain the intellectual property of the company and cannot be reused or shared without prior written consent.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
No refunds will be issued once execution or production has started.
Marine Interio shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Marine Interio’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Marine Interio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
